The curriculum at Don Bosco Public School  is based on the theory of interactive learning where students are educated through active participation in a variety of projects and activities involving exploration and experimenting. Designed according to the learning capability level of the students, these projects create a stimulating environment of challenge and interest, and help develop the powers of analytical and creative thinking. These projects also help develop the spirit of teamwork in students.

Academic Programme – Student-centered approach

Education is more than filling a child with facts. It starts with posing questions. The phase of growing up characterized with "Why?" and "How?" expresses children's curiosity or puzzled wonder at the world they are beginning to explore and understand., the staff is trained to meet these questions with respect, patience, due consideration and appropriate answers. Their use of positive reinforcements helps build self-esteem and confidence in the students. Emphasis is laid upon providing a balanced educational program where the role of the teacher is that of a resource person helping students to learn.

The teacher-guardianship program helps students through academic and non-academic obstacles. Individual counseling and personal mentoring also help solve personal problems faced by growing children in a challenging world.

The teachers are trained in innovative and effective teaching methods. They also keep themselves updated on the latest in teaching techniques and the field of education. Helping the students inculcate creative and critical thinking is one of our prime goals. The result of this objective is materializing in the form of a newer approach that our students are applying while learning different subjects.
